At SkinVara, we work with fulfillment partners to process and ship orders to our customers.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days before shipment.

Processing times may take longer during holidays, promotions, high order volumes, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping within the United States

We currently offer shipping within the United States.

Available shipping methods and prices are displayed at checkout based on the order and shipping destination.

Standard shipping generally takes approximately 2–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary because of the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

SkinVara currently offers free Economy shipping on eligible orders of $50 or more within the United States.

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, available shipping rates will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be provided to you after your order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.

If a package appears to be lost or has not been delivered within a reasonable period, please contact SkinVara with your order number so we can review the situation and assist you.

SkinVara is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact SkinVara as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by destination. If international shipping is available for your location, the available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply to international orders and may be the customer's responsibility where applicable.
